§ 5.4. Detailed construction drawings approval.

5.401.

After approval of preliminary plat, the subdivider then prepares detailed construction drawing of all improvements to be made in the subdivision in accordance with this ordinance and to the standards of the City of Patterson, Louisiana. Construction drawings must be prepared by a registered professional engineer registered in the State of Louisiana.

5.402.

Detailed construction drawings are then presented to the city engineer and building inspector for approval by the City of Patterson.

5.403.

After approval by the city engineer and building inspector of detailed construction drawings, [the] subdivider can then proceed to install all improvements with inspection of all construction by the city engineer and building inspector.
