§ 11.13. Electromagnetic radio frequency emissions.

(a)

The radio frequency (RF) emissions shall meet the FCC standards.

(b)

In order to provide information to its citizens, copies of ongoing FCC information concerning telecommunication towers and facilities and radio frequency emission standards shall be made available. Applicants for tower sites shall be required to provide information on the projected power density of the facility and how this meets the FCC standards.
