§ 11.18. Obsolete towers.

In the event the use of any wireless telecommunications facility has been discontinued for the period of one hundred eighty (180) days, the wireless telecommunications facility shall be deemed to be abandoned. Determination of the date of the abandonment shall be made by the building inspector. Upon such abandonment, the owner/operator of the wireless telecommunications facility shall have an additional one hundred eighty (180) days within which to reactivate the use of the wireless telecommunications facility to another owner/operator who makes actual use of the wireless telecommunications facility, or dismantle and remove the wireless telecommunications facility.
