§ 11.7. Separation or buffer requirements.

(a)

Towers constructed within B, C, or M zone districts shall be separated from all residentially zoned lands by a minimum of three hundred (300) feet or one hundred fifty (150) percent of the height of the proposed tower, whichever is greater.

(b)

Tower separation distances for the purposes of compliance with this section shall be measured form the base of a tower to the closest point of residentially zoned land which may be adjacent to B, C, or M zone districts.

(c)

No tower shall be allowed within five hundred (500) linear feet measured perpendicularly from the right-of-way along each side of LA Hwy. 182 for its entire length within the corporate limits of the City of Patterson.
