§ 10-125. License—Required.

(a)

No raffle, bingo or keno games shall be conducted in the city unless a license to conduct shall have been applied for and received in accordance with this article.

(b)

Only charitable organizations, as defined in R.S. 4:703(1), shall be eligible to apply for or hold a license for the conduct of charitable raffles, bingo or keno games in the city.
