§ 10-154. Penalties.

Any person or business who shall violate any of the provisions of this article, or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be subject to a fine of $250.00 per day for each day said violation continues to exist, or be subject to imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day said violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
