Chapter 16. EMPLOYEE DRUG-TESTING PROGRAM

§ 16-1. Purpose.

The city desires to maintain a safe, healthful and productive environment for all of its employees and the public they serve. To that end, the city will act to eliminate any substance abuse which increases the potential for accidents, absenteeism, substandard performance, poor employee morale or damage to the community's reputation.
