§ 18-66. Authority of chief.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the chief of the fire department to attend all fires within the corporate limits and he is hereby clothed with authority to take full charge of all forces and apparatus to be used for the extinguishment of such fires and shall have full power and control over the city fire department.
