§ 1-13. Violations by mayor, alderman, other municipal officer.

The failure of the mayor or any alderman or any officer of the city to do or perform any act required by the ordinances of the city shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and upon due proof being made thereof such officer shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.
