§ 20-1. Statutory authorization.

The legislature of the State of Louisiana has in statute LRS 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City of Patterson, Louisiana, does ordain as follows.
