§ 24-4. Employees; attorney; committees.

  • The historic district commission, with the approval of the mayor, may select such employees as may be necessary to carry out the purpose for which it is created. The city attorney shall be ex officio attorney for the commission. The commission may designate and appoint, from among its members, various committees with such powers and duties as the commission may have and prescribe.
