§ 26-29. Procedure.

An office for complaints review is hereby established, and any person aggrieved by an unlawful practice prohibited by this article may file a complaint in writing with said office within 30 days after the aggrieved person becomes aware of the alleged unlawful practice, and said office shall forward the complaint to the city attorney for appropriate action. In no event shall the complaint be filed more than 60 days after the alleged unlawful practice has occurred, regardless of the date on which the aggrieved person may have become aware of the alleged unlawful practice.
