§ 2-68. Authority, function.

The purpose of the recreation commission shall be to affect a workable recreation program for residents of the Patterson area, to which end the commission shall, among other powers, have supervisory control of Hausman Park when the same is not being used by Patterson High School and during the summer vacation months.
