§ 2-103. Organization.

The advisory council on aging people shall meet within 30 days after appointment of its members and shall elect a chairman and such other officers as it may deem necessary. Said council shall organize itself into a working study group to inform itself on problems of the aged and shall set the dates for regular meetings.
