§ 2-99. Created, membership.

There shall be, in accordance with R.S. 46:1601 through 46:1605, an advisory council on aging people in and for the city, said council to be composed of five to 12 members appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the city council for a term concurrent with that of the mayor and board of aldermen.
