§ 30-67. Handicapped parking.

  • No person shall park or obstruct, or cause to park or obstruct, in a parking space reserved for the handicapped, without having a license plate for the handicapped displayed on the vehicle which is parked or obstructing the parking space for the handicapped. Any person violating this section shall be subject to a fine not in excess of $100.00, in addition to being required to pay any towing fee and storage costs which are incurred by the city in removing and storing the vehicle so parked.
