§ 30-103. Same—Advertising vehicle for sale.

  • After the ten-day period has expired as provided in section 30-101, if the vehicle has not been redeemed by the payment of the costs and charges mentioned in section 30-101, the marshal of the city shall advertise the vehicle for sale once a week for two weeks, describing the vehicle, giving the owner's name, if known, setting forth the amount of storage and other charges above-mentioned, and giving notice of the time and place of the sale, and that unless the costs and charges, including the cost of the advertisement, are paid before the time of the sale, the vehicle will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash.
