§ 30-96. Exceptions to restriction in section 30-95.

The restriction in section 30-95 shall not apply to privately owned passenger automobiles belonging to the owner or occupant of premises abutting upon that portion of the street where said vehicle is parked, nor to any such vehicle which is so parked with the consent of the owner of said premises.
