§ 32-134. Violations and penalties.

(a)

Any minor violating the provisions of section 32-129 shall be dealt with according to the juvenile court law and procedure as set forth in Louisiana Revised Statutes 13:1561 through 13:1592 (R.S. 13:1561 through 13:1592).

(b)

Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody and control of a minor found guilty of violating section 32-130 shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.

(c)

Any person operating or in charge of any place of amusement, entertainment or refreshment in the city who shall be found guilty of violating section 32-131, upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.
