§ 32-136. Duty of parent or legal guardian.

  • Each parent or legal guardian or other adult selected by the parent or legal guardian to supervise a child between the ages of six and 16 years, inclusive, shall have a duty to prohibit the child from behaving contrary to the provisions in section 32-135. No parent or legal guardian or other adult selected by the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child shall negligently or intentionally fail to fulfill the duty imposed in this section.
