§ 32-226. Notification of responsibility.

Whenever a minor shall be arrested or detained for the commission of any criminal act within the city, the parent of such minor shall be immediately notified by the police department and advised of such arrest or detention, the reason therefor and their responsibility under this article. A record of such notification shall be kept by the police department.
