§ 34-1. Parish regional planning commission No. 1—Created, composition.

There is hereby created the parish regional planning commission No. 1 which shall consist of nine members of which six are to be appointed by the parish police jury and the remaining three to be appointed by the governing authorities of the City of Morgan City, and the City of Patterson and the City of Berwick. The appointing authority may remove any member of the commission, after public hearing, for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance.
