§ 34-33. Terms of members, vacancies.

The members of the municipal planning commission first appointed shall hold office for terms of one, two, three, four and five years, respectively; their successors shall be appointed for terms of five years from and after the expiration of the terms of their predecessors in office. If a vacancy occurs otherwise than by expiration of term it shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term.
