§ 36-8. Same—Notice to remove to be served.

The marshal of the city shall give the owners of properties adjoining the sidewalks of the city three days' notice, through the mail or by personal delivery thereof, of the necessity for and the extent of the cutting of the grass and weeds necessary for the purposes of section 36-7.
