§ 36-102. Installation and construction of catchbasins.

Catchbasins shall be of a design and construction which would allow for easy access of clean-out equipment, sturdy enough to support the weight of traffic, and allowing for the drainage of the street and surrounding property. One catchbasin every 50 feet is a minimum requirement for all drainage culverts less than 28 inches in diameter. For all culverts 28 inches or larger, one catchbasin every 100 feet shall be required.
