§ 36-103. Backfill material, assistance from the city.

Latest version.

The city shall not be required to furnish material or perform back filling of culvert or pipe driveways in street rights-of-way. The applicant shall install a proper retainer wall, permanent in nature, and cover the culvert or pipe within a time period set by the city.
