§ 38-52. Prerequisites to obtaining water, generally.

Persons desiring to take water from the pipes of the city must apply for a permit to have the plumbing done, and pay in advance for tapping the mains and furnish the necessary piping, labor and other things necessary for connection with the premises to be furnished with water.
