§ 38-54. Application for water service.

Applications for water services must be made to the mayor by the owner or occupant of the property and must state all purposes for which the water is required, questions relating to consumption must be truthfully answered by the applicant. In case of misrepresentation on the part of the applicant or the use of the water for purposes not embraced in this article the supply of water shall be discontinued unless the party shall promptly pay such additional charges as the city may impose.
