§ 38-58. Unauthorized connection of pump, similar device to city water system.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to connect any pressure pump or other similar device to any line connected to the city's water system unless said connection is approved in writing by the mayor, city manager or marshal as not being detrimental to the water pressure or supply in the city mains.
