§ 38-68. Tampering with system, equipment, apparatus.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or injure in any manner any reservoir, tank, fountain, hydrant, pipe, stop cock, valve or other apparatus pertaining to the water system of the city, or to turn on or off, without authority, the water in any street hydrant or water fixture, or to hitch or tie any animal thereto.
