§ 38-112. Meter deposit.

(a)

At the time that a water service is requested, the customer shall pay the appropriate water service connection charge and a meter deposit consistent with the schedule outlined in section 38-114.

(b)

Upon the discontinuance of the water service, the city will deduct the amount of any outstanding water bill from the amount of the meter deposit and return the remainder to the customer.
