§ 38-149. Noncompliance by registered technicians or general testers.

(a)

The local registration of a technician or general tester may be revoked or suspended for a period of up to two years for noncompliance with this division.

(b)

Any of the following conditions constitute noncompliance:

(1)

Improper testing or repair of backflow prevention assemblies or methods;

(2)

Improper reporting of the results of testing or of repairs made to backflow prevention assemblies or methods;

(3)

Failure to meet registration requirements;

(4)

Related unethical practices.
