§ 38-178. Unauthorized tapping of sewer mains.

It shall be unlawful and contrary to the intent of this article for any person to tap, enter into or otherwise disturb the main sewers in the city without first having written permission from the mayor and city council or their duly authorized representatives, who shall inspect the main to see that such tapping and such other work appurtenant thereto is done properly.
