§ 38-182. Sewerage district created, boundaries prescribed.

By virtue of the authority conferred by article XIV, section 14 of the Constitution of the state for the year 1921, as amended, subpart B, part I, chapter 9, title 33, of the Louisiana Revised Statutes (R.S. 33:3911 et seq.), and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, a sewerage district shall be and the same is hereby created within the corporate limits of the city, which sewerage district shall comprise and embrace all of that territory within the corporate limits of the city, and the boundaries of said sewerage district shall be co-extensive with the boundaries of the city as the same are presently constituted.
