§ 38-185. Special tax on property in sewerage district—Levy, purpose, amount.

A special tax of four mills on the dollar of the assessed valuation of all the taxable property in the sewerage district established in section 38-182 is hereby levied to pay principal and interest on the public improvement bonds of said sewerage district.
