§ 38-219. Temperature.

  • No person may discharge liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than 150 degrees Fahrenheit, 65 degrees centigrade, or any substance which causes the temperature of the total wastewater treatment plant influent to increase at a rate of ten degrees Fahrenheit or more per hour, or a combined total increase of plant influent to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
