§ 38-229. Discharges prior to effective date of article.

A person discharging wastes into public sewers prior to the effective date from which this article is derived may continue without penalty so long as he:

(1)

Does not increase the quantity or decrease the quality of discharge without permission of the approving authority;

(2)

Has discharged the waste at least three months prior to the effective date from which this article is derived; and

(3)

Applies for and is granted a permit no later than 60 days after the effective date from which this article is derived.
