§ 4-12. Revocation of license.

Latest version.

Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the mayor and city council by majority vote after due hearing. Among other reasons for revocation shall be the following:
(1)

Sale of intoxicants to person under the age of 21;

(2)

Conducting a disorderly establishment;

(3)

Operating without a proper license as provided herein.
