§ 4-14. Forfeiture of license for sales to minors.

Latest version.

No sale of any intoxicating liquors or beverages containing any alcoholic content for which a license shall be issued shall be made to any minor under penalty of forfeiture of the license issued hereunder in addition to any other penalties which may be imposed therefor.
