§ 4-6. Scope of license issued.

  • (a)

    Generally. The purpose of a Class A license shall automatically entitle the holder thereof to the privileges of a Class C license without the necessity of further application. The purchase of a Class B license shall automatically entitle the holder thereof to the privileges of a Class D license without the necessity of further application.

    (b)

    Restriction. Holder of one class of license may not exercise the privileges of another class of license without paying the additional amount necessary to obtain the other license.
