§ 6-13. Purchase, sale of wild animals prohibited without approval.

It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, sell or offer for sale or as gift within the city any skunk, fox, raccoon, wolf, bobcat or any other species of wild animal capable of transmitting rabies without the specific approval of the parish health officer.
