§ 8-45. Appeals.

Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the building maintenance commission shall have the right to appeal its decision, within ten days after written notice of the decision has been mailed to the aggrieved party, to the district court having jurisdiction where a trial de novo will occur.
