§ 8-83. Preservation of rights, remedies, proceedings.

Nothing in this article or the electrical code adopted in section 8-1 shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, nor any cause of action accrued or existing, nor shall any right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
