§ 8-131. Violations and penalties.

Any person failing to comply with any provision of this article, or failing to comply with any order of the gas inspector made pursuant to the powers herein granted to him shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-9, and the gas fitter's license and permit of such person may be revoked, or any or all of said penalties may be imposed.
