§ 8-257. Registration with state board of plumbers' examiners required.

No person shall engage in the work of plumbing, drain laying or sewer drainage installation or repair under the title of plumber's helper, or any other title, until he has first registered with, and been issued a license from, the state board of plumbers' examiners as required by the laws of the state.
