Building lines. Building setback lines shall conform to the specific requirements of the City of Patterson Zoning Ordinance and all other provisions of this ordinance. In no case shall a front building setback be less than fifteen (15) feet unless specifically approved by the Patterson Planning Commission and Board of Aldermen.
