§ 11.11. Landscaping.

All landscaping on parcels containing towers, antenna support structures or telecommunications facilities shall be required to reduce the visual impact of the telecommunications facilities on public ways, properties or the neighborhood in which it is located. Landscaping shall be provided in a manner that is compatible with the surrounding character of development, buildings and natural vegetation. All landscaping shall be approved by the city planning commission.
