§ 11.12. Noise.

No equipment shall be operated at towers and telecommunication facilities so as to produce noise in excess of the applicable noise standards under FCC regulations, except during emergencies, or periodic routine maintenance which requires the use of a backup generator, where the noise standards may be exceeded temporarily.
