The city shall regulate all games of chance held, operated or conducted under such
license issued by it, to assure that they are fairly held, operated, and conducted
in accordance with the provisions of the license, the provisions of this article,
and the rules promulgated and adopted pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 4:705(10)(b).
The issuing authority may suspend or revoke any license issued by it for violation
of any such provision, and its officers and agents may enter and inspect any premises
where any such game of chance is being held, operated and conducted or is intended
to be held, operated and conducted or where any equipment is being used or intended
to be used in the conduct thereof.
