§ 18-40. Inspection to assure compliance with article.

It shall be the duty of the municipal inspector to visit and inspect each building which may be in the course of erection or alteration within the city, in order to assure that no gasoline or explosives are stored in any building within the corporate limits in violation of the provisions of this article and the fire prevention code.
